About Laird's Tree Farm

In the summer of 1976, John Laird purchased twenty-five acres of land and built a home on it.
In the spring of 1977 John planted his first set of trees; one thousand Scots Pine trees.  The following spring he added another 1,000 Scots Pine along with 1,000 White Spruce trees.

John was able to start selling Scots Pine in December of 1983 and Spruce trees a few years later.
In the summer of 2001 John’s son Dan took over Laird’s Tree Farm.

To accommodate Laird’s Tree Farm growing business and demand for landscaping trees and Christmas trees, Dan purchased land on Snake Island Road in 2009.

Our continued goal is to provide healthy and hearty trees to those needing landscaping trees or Christmas trees for the holiday season.
